TERMS AND CONDITIONS

RESERVATIONS
Reservations should be made as early as possible to assure confirmation of selected dates and/or destinations. Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to vary itineraries of similiar standard. Paddling Michigan will confirm your booking after receiving 30% of the tour cost.

CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be received at our office and refund will be issued according to the following schedule:

Cancellations up to 30 days before the departure will receive full refund. Cancellations from 7-30 days before the departure will receive 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days before the departure will receive no refund.

In the extreme rarity of any cancellations made by Paddling Michigan, full refunds will be ensued.

WEATHER RELATED CANCELLATIONS
In case of unfavorable weather conditions, Paddling Michigan reserves the right to alter the itinerary.

LIABILITY
No previous kayaking experience is necessary for our guided sea kayaking tours. However these outdoor activities require a basic fitness level. Participants are responsible for being in sufficient health and physical fitness to join the trip. They participate at their own risk and will be required to sign a liability form for personal responsibility.

INSURANCE
We are fully insured for all operations, but recommend you to protect yourself with travel and medical insurance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Paddling Michigan accepts: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, checks, money orders, and cash.

PRIVACY STATEMENT
Any personal information collected about our customers will be kept confidential. Medical and personal information will be disclosed to the guide so that he can be able to understand your abilities or concerns. The information you provide us will not otherwise be forwarded to any third party.
